  1. You shall eat at least three meals a day, no exceptions
  2. You shall add fibres to your diet to keep you regular
  3. You shall consume alcohol and coffee in moderation only or not at all
  4. You shall exercise every day to regulate gastrointestinal transit
  5. You shall respect mother nature by eating fruits and vegetables every day
  6. You shall always drink at least eight glasses of water per day
  7. You shall chew your food many times to aid your digestion
  8. You shall listen to your body so when nature calls, you respond
  9. You shall steer clear of refined grain products and replace them with whole grain to prevent bloating
  10. You shall consume probiotics each day for problem-free digestion
